Aloisia Bair, innkeeper and sommelier, was a pioneer when she built the first wine cellar in the Austrian Alps. Though initially met with skepticism, her passion for wine has inspired many. This love of wine has been passed down to her daughter, Philomena, and is shared by head waiter Floris.
Together, they form a sommelier trio, each with their own specialty, enabling them to provide highly personalized and exceptional wine recommendations.
